Changed my mind about stopping...?

So I was pumping and feeding my one month and one week old daughter that and formula. Breastfeeding didn’t work out with her latch.. It got stressful and time consuming and I decided to stop but have changed my mind. I stopped pumping 4 days ago, is it too late to start again? I was pumping 4-6 times a day before I stopped and getting about 120ml per session. I’m sad I decided to stop and I’m really hoping it’s not too late.

Definitely start pumping again, but it may take some time to get your full supply re-established. I would pump every 2 hours for at least 20 minutes to make your body produce more and try to power pump when you can.

This sounds like what I was going through. I honestly spent so much time pumping and was not even getting enough which made me feel like crap. I decided to stop at about a month mark but regretted it and felt so guilty so I started pumping again. I took the honest postnatal supplement and fenugreek and I did manage to increase my supply. However I still had to keep supplementing with formula even with all the pumping I was doing. My baby is 3 months old now and I recently decided enough with the pumping and I feel so much better. I have so much more time to spend with her and play with her instead of being tied to the pump all the time. I don’t mean to sway your decision in any way just wanted to share my experience because I remember how horrible it felt to go back and forth on whether to stop or not to stop and all the guilt and sadness I was experiencing with that. 
But to answer your question yes you can get your supply back up if you chose to do so.
