This is scary and I need advice.

The day after thanksgiving I had to get a myomectomy. They removed 6 fibroids. I go for my post op appointment on the 27th so he can review me after the procedures. My husband and I had sex two weeks after the surgery. (Before I forget), three days before my surgery I had to get a pre op where I was under this tunnel like tube so they can take pictures. It was loud (can’t remember the name) anyway he told me my left tube was blocked and the only way for me to be pregnant was by IVF. (I only have one tube). I was hurt. Well, two weeks after surgery my husband came home from AIT (advance individual training) he is officially a soldier. Anyway you know we had to “celebrate” lol anyway the whole week in Texas from dropping him off to his duty post we celebrated. Anyway on the left side of my tube I was in pain. One night I felt something just plop. It’s hard to explain. After that I’ve been nauseous and cramping. I’m three days late and now I’m spotting brown. Normally I spot brown then my period comes but after surgery you shouldn’t be late on your period I would think. What do u guys think am I pregnant. It’s way to early to take a test and I’m so scared to talk to anyone about cause I don’t wanna jinx it but I’m scared and confused. Idk if it’s an infection or I could be pregnant 🤰🏾 I don’t have any means of transportation to the hospital and I’m just waiting to see if AF will show. Idk guys
