First period after miscarriage TTC #1

I had a miscarriage on 11/26 and I’m guessing my body used that as CD1 because I started my period exactly when expected. Does anyone have any tips for me TTC this current cycle so it doesn’t end up the same way as this, I’m almost 100% positive I miscarried because of my low progesterone and the Dr. refused progesterone shot, hopefully they’ll take me more serious this time around. Thanks!!

- I was using progesterone cream which finally helped me conceive after TTC for almost 2 years

Anything that will help balance hormones, I’m afraid the cream wasn’t the same amount everytime I used it which caused my levels to fluctuate resulting in miscarriage. I just want a sticky bean❤️
