Subway sandwiches are safe ?

Hi all , I ate veggie  subway sandwich with veg patty , toasted it and asked for shredded cheddar cheese with bell peppers, onions , cucumber, tomatoes, spinach  and ranch sauce ...and i microwaved it because of veggies in that ?Do you guys prefer subway sandwiches?

I got turned off by the smell. Deli is risky, would avoid it.

Veggie is fine but avoid their meats as having deli meats right now is risky

I had deli throughout my pregnancy and subway in particular at least twice a week (usually the italian BMT with everything except for jalapeños). 32 weeks and baby boy is perfect

Yes. It's ok to eat them. You can even eat them non toasted in moderation.
