Period or what?

So I had my period November 27-30. I started bleeding again December 14 and it lasted till the 18. It wasn’t due till December 22..... And it hasn’t returned..... I haven’t tested yet but my boobs hurt also. This was lighter than my “period” which isn’t heavy anyway. I am a mother of 4 and my youngest is 11.5 months. I have experienced implantation before, with my second child not it didn’t last longer than the first panty liner..... HELP? I can’t lie, I’m afraid to test! 1-My husband will FREAK OUT and 2- We THOUGHT I was “fixed” after my severe hemorrhage during my last C-Section! HELP?
