Tampons causing cramps?

Whenever I put a tampon in it creates cramps right away????

Are you using super when you only need regular or light? Are you sure you’re putting it in correctly? I know I cramp really bad sometimes when I have a tampon in when my body is trying to pass a clot.

This happens to me a lot too.. I end up having to wear pads sometimes because I get so crampy on my period

Are you allergic to the tampons. Maybe try a different brand
