Don’t jump to conclusions till you have cold, hard evidence. Could be a jealous ex or admirer who’s trying to put a wedge. The relationship my man and I have though - I’d straight up show him the messages like “look at this crazy shit I got today” but that’s us not y’all so up to you on what to do

I don't know why... But I'm legitimately surprised people talk this way... And use laughing, excited emojis while talking about things like this. 
Also you can't even really trust a screenshot.. because they could easily replace a contact name with your partners name just to irk you.. or they can text themselves like this

And you'd never even know it.. unless they fuck up somewhere in the messages and forget to delete either an incoming or outgoing message.. or they delete an outgoing message when they should have deleted an incoming message. This happened to me once with an old friend of mine.. she was lying to me and I caught her because she fucked up the messages. Though I'll say this is some next level shit.. I wouldn't put it past someone who's.. willing to waste their time making a fake profile to contact you just to say these things to you.

This is clearly someone just fucking with you. Anyone who really has the intention to help you see you're being hurt wouldn't have that attitude, even if they did want to be anonymous. They would have given you screenshots, or evidence of some sort.

You need to talk to him, calmly, like you replied to these texts (I'm actually quite impressed smart one 😁, touchy subjects easily bring out the green monster -jealousy-, as we've seen all too often) . 
Something among the lines of "I got this crazy text today, and I just wanted to show you, can you make anything out of this?". You should see where he stands on it. Best of luck ..
