No connection?

My husband has told me his true feelings on why he’s been acting different, we were together for 6 years almost 7 and he says he doesn’t feel the same for me anymore, supposedly he has tried but I just don’t see it, I’ve put in so much effort into this relationship I don’t believe he has tried I don’t believe he has tried HARD enough. I don’t know if I should completely give up or keep trying😔 any advice would help
