Endometriosis?

Question

I forgot how much WORSE it gets once you're off BC. Oh. My. Lord. 
Does anyone have any suggestions? Besides a heating pad (it's my BFF during AF!) or Tylenol/Ibuproden/Etc?
Also, if you have it, do you have any kids? How long did it take you to conceive? Thanks, ladies! :) Never had to worry much about any of this because I've been on BC since pretty much right after I was diagnosed at 14.

I know I'm late to this party! I just found out I have endometriosis (laparoscopic surgery to remove a cyst that turned out to be endo, along with it being on uterus/fallopian tube). It explained so much! I have had one child, who is now 15 months. It took two years to get pregnant :). Pamprin helps, and heating pads...my periods have gotten worse lately, but the most wonderful (nonbaby) thing about pregnancy/nursing was that I didn't have a period for almost two years! (During pregnancy and then until my child was 10 mos old). It was glorious!
