First time using opk
Okay so I thought I may be pregnant I got some dark evaps ugh. So not pregnant. I’ve been off the pill for about a month no withdrawal bleed no period. I didn’t know if or when I had ovulated or if I was still waiting too. So I bought some ovulation strips and took one this morning. I know this is a neg opk but it’s my first time ever taking one. Do I take them once every day at the same time or twice a day? Does it look like I’ll ovulate soon?
