In your wait,

There was 700 years between the foretelling of Jesus and His arrival. 700 years of waiting. 700 years of believing for a miracle. 700 years of desperate prayers for a savior.

Then Jesus came.

And he came EXACTLY as the prophecy said he would; answering every prayer.

Christmas is a reminder that God always keeps His promises even when His timing doesn't match our planning.

Therefore, sweet friend, if you are waiting on God during this Christmas season, I pray that you don't lose hope. Even now, I pray you feel Jesus around you.

Jesus, Emanuel, is God with us.
