Detox/cleanse before trying to conceive?

Hello! I'd love to know of any cleanses or detoxes you gals tried before trying to/ getting pregnant. I want to make sure my body is healthy and ready!

One that has been working for me addresses gut health! Candida and bad bacteria can get built up in our guts and cause a lot of negative symptoms such as fatigue, sugar and carb cravings, headaches, etc! Detoxing is definitely essential in this day and age. We exist in a very toxic environment. However, safe detoxing takes time and should be monitored by a chiropractor or naturopath. It’s probably best to have a heavy metals test done first to see what and how much you need to remove.

Just eat healthy and avoid frying and roasting your foods. Blending enough kale spinach and ginger to feed a small army won’t do anything apart from turn your poo a funny colour and make you hungry. Your body does its job just fine.

It’s bad for your body to do such drastic things to it. Just eat more fruits and veggies and less processed food. Drink lots of water and exercise
