Dog won’t stop barking ???

Idk where else to post but I’m losing my mind.

Our dog is 13. He will NOT stop barking. It’s incessant. It’s all day.

I check if he needs more water or food and 99.9% he’s fine.

I let him outside often but after being outside for maybe 10 minutes he’s barking again to come in.

In the past year the barking thing has gotten worse. He stands there and just barks for no reason. I don’t understand. He’s healthy.

Like right now. He’s just standing here barking at nothing. I have a 2 year old and one on the way I’m going insane with the barking all the time what do I do ?

Btw we’ve tried the thunder jacket and it worked for maybe the first day but he still whined then continued to bark. I’ve tried petting him and trying to get him to lay down he just gets back up to bark.
