a little weirded out ...

so i started my period on the 19 but the 23 it had ended . on the 24th i started bleeding again i just bled in the morning but just a little bit but i put a tampon in ( TMI ) just in case it got heavier here we are the 26th and im still spotting (light pink ) not enough to have a tampon in but i see it when i wipe . yet its not on my underwear . should i be concerned or what is causing it ? ive never had that happen to me before and wondering whats going on .
