How to help a NON pregnant friend when pregnant 🤷♀️
I am 22 weeks pregnant. My friend so badly wants to be pregnant. Shes been trying for over a year and just started opks this month. She thought she had IB but it turned into her period. Her luteal phase is very short too we discovered at only 8 days. I gave her some recommendations to extend it and shes gonna try vitex she says. How do I help her and be supportive? Should I not bring up anything to do with my pregnancy bc it seems like its making her sad.
