Multiple LH surges in one month?!

I had a LH surge and positive OPKs around my normal O time/CD 15-16 and I continued to test to watch it fade off, but for the past two days/ CD 19-20 I got strong positive OPKs... has this happened to anyone else before? What's going on? My cycle is pretty normal and ranges from 27-29 days long.
