Remedies for headaches???

I’ve had a headache for 2 days now and I’m miserable. Remedies I should try?

For my clients the suffer from this, the  first thing I ask is about water intake. I recommend at least a gallon a day. I know sounds like a lot and it is. But most of the time headaches are caused my dehydration and stress. Other option would be use medicinal grade (not perfume) essential oils. I’m sure you have a friend or family member who sells doterra so find them and I’m sure they can help you. My other recommendation would be some meditation/Breath Work and yoga. Yoga helps to reduce stress which could be the cause of the headache. Feel better soon!

I've suffered from migraines since I was very young. Drink lots of water, ice pack for your head, and take a nap in a very dark and cool room.

I drink pedialyte or Gatorade, put on an eye mask in a dark room, and put something cool on my forehead. Aleve works best for my headaches

If they’re an ongoing issue I can’t recommend a chiropractor enough! Changed my life!
