Pregnant with my 3rd, first 2 were vaginal deliveries with no tearing or complications.

I normally dont have a problem with incontinence but I have a cold right now and every time I sneeze, i pee a little. Its very frustrating and like i said, it only happens when im sick and sneeze. Doesnt even happen with just a regular not sick sneeze.

What can i do to stop the incontinence? Im about 12w
