Parents and Pregnancy

It's been really bothering me, but I need advice.

I reconnected with my dad when I was 17 and moved in with him for a year. We bonded and he helped me with a lot of my life. He did remarry after he met my stepmom, she has 2 kids. They frequently move for his jobs (construction)

Now that us kids are all older, I've always found it weird that my 2 step siblings follow my parents every where they move. I don't feel the need to do this. Right now, they're both living with my parents, along with my step brothers wife and my step sister and her baby. Full house.

I can't say I've had a bad relationship with any of them. Step mom is a little aloof with me, but we play it off cordial for my dad.

I told my family we were expecting and they all stopped talking to me essentially. I know my dad doesn't fully like my fiance, but it's my fiance. He's taking care of me during this time. My sister randomly quit talking to me 3 weeks ago out of the blue.

Honestly, I just don't understand? My family was there for my step sister while she was pregnant and got her everything she needed. Thus far we've only received gifts/essentials from his family.

I'm starting to feel slightly alone and left out during a time that should be really joyful. We are not near either of our families (we moved across the country for his job this summer)

Has this happened with anyone else? I know its probably hormones, and I've even tried talking with my dad about it, and he's playing off everything really cool, like everything is fine, but...seriously?

I'm due in February and I don't even feel like finishing the nursery. It just really has me down.

Like, what gives? Am I missing something?
