Another chemical?

I suffered a chemical pregnancy last month, 5 weeks and 6 days along. I went to see my doctor and she acted as if it were no big deal. I didn't have an examination or anything, she didn't look at anything she just talked to me and basically told me what I had already learned through Google. My husband and I are trying again and I have been having pregnancy symptoms. The acne again, a little nausea things like that. Af was supposed to be here Aug. 26th but after sex with my husband yesterday morning I was spotting. I continued to bleed all day and started to have horrible cramping that wasn't like period cramps at all. I have been having them all day today and the bleeding, omg. When I lost my pregnancy last month the bleeding started after sex as well and continued just like this month. I never bleed from sex, never so I just have this terrible feeling that I may have had another mc. I didn't test this month but just had the gut instinc. I also wanted to share that I had a complicated iud removal in April causing the iud to break in half. An X ray showed that the other piece was not anywhere to be found in my body. I just wonder if this has anything to do with my mc? I am just venting basically. I understand that no one here can diagnose anything but I just wanted to share my story hoping that someone can relate or maybe some of you have experienced any of the same things. I haven't called my dr because she isn't very helpful and I am not going to pay for another visit right now. We have no insurance. Also, i have no idea if this has anything to do with this but i have been so dizzy for the last 4 days like i have an ear infection but my ears feel fine. Im so confused. I just want my baby now and all of this unplanned bs keeps happening. Thanks ladies for letting me vent, thanks for reading and if anyone wants to comment with anything, thanks for that too.
