FSH 13.7 - 37 years old

Sooooooo after reading many of the post in this group and I’m totally freaked out. I just got my results and based on what everyone is saying this number is extremely high. Has anyone had a number this high and what did your doc do to assist in lowering? Just looking for some input so I can have a semi educated conversation with my OB.
