Timing

So my fertile week started yesterday and I'm most likely going to ovulate on Thursday. We decided to BD every other day this month since we did it daily last month with no luck. However, we did it yesterday with preseed and then today I got EWCM which I don't get often. Should we break our every other day rule and do it because of the CM? Or stick with the every other day in order to BD on my ovulation day?
