Made an Oopsie!

So normally I’m good with expiration dates but this time I messed up. I bought some Encare Contraceptive Inserts last month, which are spermicide depositors that you put in 10 minutes before sex and well I did that. My bf also wore a condom and well we did the deed and when he was done we check the condom and it was fine. But I started looking at the package of the spermicide depositors and they had expired in August!! I don’t know if that’s really bad but since I had bought them last month I assumed they were good. Could they mess with the latex of the condom cause it was expired or will I be okay?? Also worried about the health of my vagina! Could I get an infection because it was expired??
