There's a lot of death in the ED. When a 9 year old comes in for suicide because he's being bullied and the school does nothing it's a bleak day for all of us. Apparently he was tied up in a empty room and pissed on by a bunch of other boys.

I'm not thrilled to be American on these days. Our schools don't protect kids and the hospital is going to charge this devistated low income couple their souls just for them to watch his limp body snap under compressions.

Kids die in peds all year because of bullying. Why don't people care?
