Went in for my 6 am induction, got pitocin started about an hour after getting in my room things were moving slow at first didn’t start having regular contractions until my pitocin was upped to 16 then 18. My doctor came in at 9-9:30 and checked me I went from a 3 to a 6 and 80 percent effaced real fast. Contractions were uncomfortable but bearable. Doctor came back in at 11 and broke my water and that’s when shit got real REAL FAST. Went from a 6 to 8.5-9 in a half hour and contractions were unbearable. So bad, I decided I wanted the epidural. Well turns out I couldn’t get it! At Noon I was complete and ready to push with NO EPIDURAL. First ever natural child birth. My doctor and nurses were amazing and got me through every contraction and the birthing part. I legit felt like my butthole was gonna fall out 😂 within 26 minutes of pushing Lilly was born! I had terrible hemorrhaging afterwards and was in the worst amount of pain for 2 hours after birth. Finally got a nap in and a warm blanket and the pain went away thank god! I’m in awe right now and so in love ❤️
