Pcos and ttc

Been feeling wheezy lately and sleepy and just very zoned out every now in then. Had some pains in my left side about a week ago. Think that it could been ovulation was very much sexually active before I felt the left ovary pain did test for ovulation but think I tested a lil to late. Because I just got faint lines but think could be pregnant but haven’t missed my period according to my tracker. And don’t wanna risk getting a negative by testing to early anyone else have any early pregnancy symptoms ? Any story’s really need some insight.
