Meds in Mexico???

I’m in Mexico for “medical tourism” purposes for the 3rd time. I buy my fertility meds here (Clomid) but I’m wondering if anyone else has bought anything else fertility related here that is cheaper than the US?

Only everything. Clomid, trigger shots, femara, etc. India is a good place too.
