I dont think babies need any of that stuff, their skin is already perfect. I never put any lotion or oil on my first child but my second has eczema so we use sensitive lotion on him. Thankfully his eczema isnt too bad so i only use it if i start noticing dry spots and i only put lotion in the area that needs it

I use a mixture of coconut oil and lotion. Sometimes just lotion.

I used baby lotion to massage my baby, just a spot because she was in NICU and sometimes her skin got a little dry.
