Anyone had the same??

Question

Currently 24 weeks pregnant and have had depression all my life still got it but not seeking any help for it because my anxiety won’t let me take tablets in case it harms my baby did anyone not have treatment and their baby come early or anything? I’m scared he’s going to come early because of  depression😢😢😢

I never took any when I was pregnant and both my girls are healthy as can be, 39w deliveries for both.

I have anxiety, my daughter was born at 40w3d, perfectly healthy. I’m currently 21 weeks with my second and have no complications. My midwives are aware of my anxiety. I choose not to take medication for it, whether I’m pregnant or not, but deal with it through diet, exercise, and breathing techniques. They respect that and just keep a closer eye on me and keep in contact.

Ive suffered with it for as long as I can remember, I didn't take anything with my daughter and she came at 41+1. Currently 28+6 And again not taking anything, and baby is perfectly healthy. I know it's hard trying to deal with anxiety and depression in general, let alone during pregnancy, but just take it one day at a time.

Anyone had the same??
