I went to the ER yesterday due to bleeding, cramping, and clotting. According to Glow I was 5+4 weeks pregnant. A vaginal ultra sound was done and the doctor said there wasn’t anything seen. He said according to my HCG I am only 2 weeks pregnant. It was a 48. My first day of my last period was November 18th. My periods are not regular. I ovulated the 6th of December. All he said was I am either having a miscarriage or I am only 2 weeks pregnant and not 5. After he said that I lost it and I couldn’t think to ask more in depth questions. Like, ok if I am only 2 weeks then am I still having a miscarriage?

Also, does he not count in the other 3 weeks from my first period start date? Because when I realized that’s the way pregnancy was calculated, I also was confused because technically I was not pregnant those 3 weeks?

Update: I am still currently bleeding today. Yesterday I bled like I had a period. Today is not as much but still enough.
