Semen leakage (TMI)

Sorry for the tmi but my husband and I are TTC and we just BD’d and when I stood up nothing came out. No leakage or dripping down my leg. Did he just not cum a lot or does it stay up there for awhile? Anyone on here get pregnant after that happening? Any info would be great
