I’m 20 weeks with twins and I’ve been having pain in my right leg for about a week. It aches on and off. Sometimes it’ll be in my butt, my thigh, calf, shin, below my calf.

I went to the ER last week and did an ultrasound of my leg. Negative for blood clots. I haven’t had any swelling or redness. I also see my doctor tomorrow about it.

I’ve read that as the uterus grows, it puts pressure on a large vein down your right leg. It also seems to be more painful on nights when I’ve slept on my right side. Anyone experience something similar?
