Just found out I am pregnant. What is the best prenatal to use?

I use Spring Valley,  but your doctor can prescribe or recommend an over the counter as well... I started prenatals before I got pregnant

There isnt technically a best. They have capsules which are easier to swallow, pills which can be harder to swallow and taste bad but are cheaper or chewables which dont have iron in them. Then there are some all natural ones. I personally like capsules and kept a bottle of chewables when i couldnt stomach pills

I use Spring Valley! Make sure to get a prenatal with folic acid in it. They dont always come with it sometimes.
