Starting exercise
What are some HOME exercises you started after birth. I’m 13 weeks PP and finally feeling good. I still have some pelvic discomfort if I’m out walking for a long time, so I know I need to get that strengthened. I also would like to get my stomach tightened from my flabby skin.
Sad thing is, I was sore for 3 days the first time we had sex PP 😂. I’m so out of shape right now.
