Coming home outfit (baby fue Feb 23rd)

What should I pair this with since we will most likely have snow here should I use a bunting suit on top? get her a jacket and cover the carseat with a cover or blanket or what should I do to keep her warm any suggestions would be great all my other kids were born when it was warm I just dont want her to get too cold or too hot.
