Light pink bleeding - is this normal?

For those of you who have had an IUD I have the skyla. I've had it for 2 years in March. I've recently started being sexually active again after not having sex for a year and a half. I noticed I would bleed a little after intercourse which I was told is normal. I've not had regular periods this year at all and for the last two months have not had any menstrual bleeding. Today I have some serious cramps and really light bleeding that didnt continue. I'm not bleeding anymore after that. I'm still cramping though. I attached a photo of the blood. It's really light so I dont know how normal it is.
