Is it worth it?

To have a double stroller? I have a 19 month old and will have another in May. Are double strollers worth it? If so, which do you prefer?

Yes!! I use my double Bob everyday for my 2 and 4 year olds. Bob strollers have the bonus of being a running stroller, and they are incredibly durable. There are adapters for the baby's car seat too.

My 2 yr old is lazy and wants to walk like down to the street corner and want to be carried. I’m due in March and I plan to use a double stroller (uppababy vista)

I use my double stroller often, I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. I would highly recommend getting one

Of course, that's worth it. My 19-month-old is always in a stroller during outings (unless we're somewhere she can get out and run around, of course). She'll still be in one in May as well when she turns 2.

Yes once the baby was old enough to sit in it and didn’t want to be in the carrier anymore. So around 4-5 months. We got a used grace double stroller. It’s side by side so doesn’t always fit thru the doors but it was free...so convenient at the zoo and those places.

Definitely. Toddler isn't going to always be walking and they get tired of walking a lot faster than older kids. Might want yo go for a baby jogger select type of stroller instead of the side to side.

If you don’t get a double stroller maybe you can get a sit and stand. Or you could baby wear the baby put him/her in the stroller when the toddler is walking around
