7w4d expecting our second, our first is 12yrs old and I had horrible all day morning sickness the ENTIRE pregnancy with him. This time no nausea but I’m not hungry AT ALL. I eat when I start to feel faint and get the shakes. So I tried setting a 3hr timer to remind myself to eat a little something but when I did, I felt stuffed and nauseous the third bite in. I’m struggling to get in two meals a day and I don’t snack. I’m not sure what to do. Again, nausea is not the main problem, I just have ZERO appetite 😞
