13w3d intense cramping
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. First pregnancy and I’m trying not to freak out.. but all of the sudden, I started getting these intense cramps. They’re in my lower abdomen, lower back... down in the pelvis. It comes in waves. Like mensural cramps.. I’m also incredibly gassy, but I know what has pains feel like.
No bleeding so far but this is worrying me so much. Please, someone tell me my baby is likely fine.
