Loss of symptoms

Hi all. Just wondering if its normal to go from having sore tender breasts, fatigue being nauseous, to now only being nauseous. I had a missed mc last April and the only reason it was caught was because I had a loss of symptoms. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this and went on to have a healthy baby. Thank you
