Mom of the year award

My baby boy is not even quite 2 months yet and this momma has already lost his birth certificate! Health Insurance needs that to re-register him and ofcourse today is the last day to register. Also feeling like awesome parents for putting it off until last minute to then have this fuckery happen. Luckily the health department was open today!! I got there bright and early and got the birth certificate issued right away. Then off to Fedex Office to fax it all in. All is now well but omg I felt like the worst mom ever.
