So my partner and his parents have a rocky relationship that is hopefully on the mend. We announced to my parents as soon as we found out because we hosted them at Christmas (lack of drinking was a give away).

They have asked us round for dinner next weekend, I will be 6 weeks, and we are going to tell them.

I’m not sure how happy they will be. We aren’t married and have had a slightly challenging year all round (my partner suffered with depression).

How can we announce it? Neeeed ideas?
