I am on my second baby now and have had developing anxiety & depression since I was pregnant with my first child. Right before I got pregnant with this baby it just got to its worst. I would cry all the time for no reason. Just be really sad and down. Lay in bed forever. Hate myself. All kinds of stuff. Well unfortunately it's been creeping back slowly now that I'm pregnant. I just mentioned it to my doctor today and she said if this continues to possibly be put on medication to help while I'm pregnant so it doesnt get worse. I've never in my life taken anything for depression. Is anyone else in this situation? Need some advice before my next appointment.
