It’s 2 hours before my boyfriend and I are supposed to leave and go up to his cabin for the new year. Then he gets off the phone with his friend and tells me “Oh by the way John and Chris (fake names) are coming too.” 2 hours before .. we’ve had this planned for over a month. and without even consulting me first he invited his friends to something that him and i were supposed to do just together. i’m really upset about this. am i in the wrong?

So we basically argued back and forth for like 3 hours .. i cried the whole time bc i’m extremely emotional. He apologized for inviting them without asking me first, and he said he wouldn’t do it again. I apologized for making it seem like i didn’t like his friends or not wanting to have a relationship with them also. We ended up going. His friends only stayed for one day. We ended up having a really great time, now we’re back in our cozy home cuddling on the couch watching vampire diaries 😂 Thanks for everyone who took interest in this post and gave me some advice!
