Back pain?

I’m only 4 weeks today ..... how is it possible to have such back pains already...!!

It’s normal. I had it with my first and with this one. Try using a heating pad on your back!

Same!!! I've been having dull/mild cramping and back pain since I got my bfp 4 days ago (I am 4 weeks today). I have a heating pad that you put in the microwave, and twice now I've gone to make tea before bed, popped it in the microwave and went to bed completely forgetting it. 🤦‍♀️

Same I was wondering if it’s normal myself nervous because my doctors appointment isn’t until 1/14

I’ve had it too and it’s normal but I heard to use ice not a heating pad. Also, to rest! 
If you’re gonna use a heating pad I’d research it first or ask primary.
