Contraction?
I had a really painful cramp earlier. Like a period cramp. Lasted for over a minute and then went away. My belly was also hard. This is my second pregnancy but was that a contraction? With my first, all my contractions were in my back so I never felt them in the front 🤔 I’m 37.3 weeks.
