My parents shame me for eating healthy?!

They always encourage me to eat more than I am actually able to eat becausethey think I eat easy to little even though I always eat a normal serving size. They always try to make me eat unhealthy stuff like ice cream, cake, fries, etc. and then shame me if I don't. It's not really obvious shaming, it's like the tone of his voice when my dad says "she doesn't eat ice cream anymore" (I haven't had ice cream in almost a year and a half) or when my mom literally tries to force feed me ice cream. They think that I'm too skinny even though my weight is slightly above average for someone my height and age, so they think that the way I should gain weight is too eat as many carbs as possible. Also, I don't don't even eat that healthy. It's just that my brother and my parents all eat three, carb-filled meals a day and only have chips as snacks and each of them eats around 4-6 cups of ice cream a week. But since all three of them do that, it's normal and the way I eat is not.
