3 week old super clingy

Today my 3 week old has not wanted me to put her down!! She has fed quite a lot this morning but just wants to sleep on me. Usually she sleeps so well during the day in her bassinet but today if I put her down she won’t even last 20 minutes without crying to be picked up again! Why is this!?!
