Honeymoon phase??

How long is the honeymoon phase? Some places say 6 months others say 1 year to even 2 years. How long does it really last. It felt like it was faded after 5 months I don’t know how but it did. Lol 
Also do you know what causes it to end or triggers it to end ??I saw a video whatever person unknowingly thinks negative about the other person.

We are 5 yrs in with a 2.5 yr old plus a daughter each and still in our honeymoon phase, we kiss a lot, are very affectionate and playful, happy and don’t argue but I think some people are just better matches in life, we both have the same love language and values

It depends on the couple. Also, if the video went through a cycle, that doesn’t mean each couple will go through it exactly the same or even hit every stage at all. I hope your relationship continues to go well😁

IDK... my hubby and I have been together for almost 22 years and we are still madly in love. I don’t think the “honeymoon phase” has ever ended for us. But everyone and every relationship is different.

My honeymoon phase ended after 11 months due to his father commiting suicide.... But we've been together over 10 years now
