Can anyone give me any chance of hope..

LMP was 4th November 2018. cycle of 30 days.. 3 days after next it didn't show up so we dis a HPT nothing showed up... 9th December I rode my horse and had light bleeding  on the 11th December I was bleeding as if it was a normal period but was so tired I couldn't get outta bed but it was all fresh red blood went to doctor's and they sent me to hospital they got a level of 29 blood test and gave me the anti D needle.. 2 days later I stopped bleeding and went back to doctor's for more blood test on 27th December .. went back 29th December and have levels of 90.. more bloods done on Sunday just gone and they are levels of 11... doctor's is making me wait a week before testing me again... 

Could it be possible I'm still pregnant and bub is okay ? I have nausea and vomiting last night my boobs are tender to touch and my nipples are so sore that even running my arm across them kills me... I have not major pains just like some one tickling my belly constipated and a huge headache... 

Sorry for the long post but has anyone had this and still been pregnant... I'm prone to miscarriaging but this is not like the other 2... 

Have attached picture of all HPT I have done the first two have very faint lines to were you could just see them but they are there...
